Replaced the cold start valve. No fix. I have also noted that the car smokes PROFUSELY (bluish white), until it starts running on all cyls. (TOM)-Is it still possible that it is just a temp sensor or O2 sensor?
When the engine runs on all 5 cyl. it doesn't smoke a bit- even when you rev it right up.

Your mixtures are way off under cold conditions and could be from one or more faulty sensors.
The air meter/air flow sensor plate could be sticking too.
With the symptoms you describe, I don't think you have an injector problem.

If the car only smokes for 5-10 seconds, it is probably a few fuel injectors leaking severely. If the car smokes for 2-3 minutes, it is probably a faulty warm-up valve causing a very rich mixture. A faulty air sensor plate would cause the rich mixture all the time.
