Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to remove the two switches above the cd-player (the rear window defog switch and the switch for the mist lights) other then to take the entire dashboard out? It's an Audi 80 1.8s 1987. They are immediately next to the so called coin-compartment...
Thanks

not certain about the 80, but on my 87 5K I would either push them out from the back, or if not in a good spot just "worry" them out with a bladed tool from the front.

It seems to me that the two switches are connected together. If I push from the back, the switch on the richt comes forward a little, but then it's stuck really tight. I'm afraid that if I push too hard, the switch will break...
