Thinking of a new A4: Pros and Cons?

Pros (better than the 328)
exterior design
secure road feel & handling in bad conditions (w/ quattro)
quality of materials, fit & finish
more unique
more enjoyable to drive daily w/ sport package
Cons (worse than the 328)
less power (stock form)
less tossable handling (drawback of quattro)
less rear seat room (not by much)
resale value
When you add the difference in cost, the cons don't carry as much weight. But you can't argue the popularity of BMW's, which helps their resale. Audi is gaining in popularity, so it might not be a big deal.
The answer is in your gut. Drive them both and go with it.
