yes, his was. Install was fairly easy, one slot to cut in the moulding.

Jeff's same as the auctioned set at Tremblant? I really don't want to cut anything.

Default not sure what was auctioned....

if you want to attach to the factory seat belt mounting location (a good idea, IMHO), you'll need to cut a small slot. I returned the old car to Audi with the slots still there, and no one noticed.

I'd be suprised if replacing the trim you needed to cut was more than $100-150 or so, if that really bothered you.

Everyone else that is using the quick-fit harnesses are attaching the outboard belt to the seat somehow (caribiner, etc).

Default Jeff, these are the belts I believe were auctioned as my friend JED won them ......

and installed them in time to make the next run ....after a considerable amount expletives. :-)
I have the booklet from Tremblant that describes them as Schroth Quick-fit harnesses.
Additionally, the outboard attachment points are the issue on the b6 per your comment.

htt p://www.evolutionsports.com/productDetail.cfm?catID=72&ProductID=1957</a

Default Major difference is the outboard attach points. On the b5 you have two arms from the back of the...

seat bottom that go to the seat tracks. Easy attachment points to secure to for the seat belt ends. On the b6, the outside belt is integrated into the track/mechanism and the seat guides go to the rails/tracks and no piece of exposed seat to attach the outboard belt to.
