Default I would have to leave earlier than that ;-(

It is only 15 miles closer to me than RA, still over 1100 miles each way. I just don't see being able to do that - and drive at the event. I also have to drive to New Orleans the following weekend to present a paper at a conference.

I really want to make it to a Nationals, but it has to be closer

Default Perhaps some year it will be...

Since Nationals will be moving to different tracks now, there is a good chance that it will be closer to you in the future.
Then I'll be the one who has to make the long journey!
In that case, I'd probably trailer it.

Hey you could always rent a U-haul trailer and tow the coupe with the 5000. I have seen it before at R.A. one year. I think that was the Bennetts who did that.

Default Hi Corey and Sharon . . .

. . . thanks for coming down and instructing. It sure looked like you guys were having a great time! And thanks for letting me have a few laps driving the S4 - pretty neat car. Next time there you'll feel a lot more comfortable pushing it in 8 and 9, and your lap times will drop accordingly. I'm curious to see what they were after you review your video.

It's a shame you didn't get to take my car out for a few laps, but I ran out of tires by 2:30 p.m.! Oh well - next time. Looking forward to seeing you guys at Spring Mountain in early April.

Oh - P.S. - I'll be up at Sears Point running a NASA event on the weekend of March 25-26. If you're around, stop by. Better yet, enter! If you're interested, call Ali or Dave at NASA at 510-232-NASA.

Default Corey Doesn't Lie! . . .

. . . likewise, looking forward to seeing you at Spring Mountain. I'll be instructing at the instructor clinic on Friday - will you be there that day?

Default Re: Hi Corey and Sharon . . .

We autocross on the 26th, but may see you on that Saturday if we go to watch the NASA GTI Cup races at Sears Point.

Otherwise see you at Spring Mountain (where I'll be driving my own car)!
