Default It's not that the Porsche's are that fast, it's that the Audi's have been Neutered that much...
to allow them to be so competitive...

Default They do have almost the same lap times...
it is the lack of fuel and pit stop times that really slows Audi down.

Yep, with all the weight on the R10 it got really close in the LMP classes, but still fun to watch.

At Road Atlanta. At many tracks, the LM2 (lower class) cars are far faster.

Default Don't even kid youself. You're talking about a Roger Penske prepared car...
Penske's cars have the potential to be among the fastest cars on the track at any given race. Yes the Audis have been 'neutered'. Yes they've been treated a little unfairly this year, but don't ever count out Roger Penske's cars.

Default The Penske's did a little dirty work in the pits..they blocked out both Audi's....
during the pit stops....The Audi pilots drove a hard fought race and got the win they rightly cleanly won.....GREAT RACE....on to Laguna.....
