Is anybody positive that this will break loose lug nuts?
I know the 200ft/lb torque guarantees it but I own an expensive Milwaukee impact wrench and I still have to break the lugs loose.
I've had good experiences with an HF impact wrench in the past...it was the cheapo $20 one and it still works and holds a charge forever.

I own a snap-on and I've used my friend's HF.
The HF is plenty strong to break lugs loose, even ones crusty old haven't-been-broken-in-2-years ones. It just takes a few seconds longer. The main thing I dislike about the HF unit is that it's nearly impossible to modulate the rpms. It's basically only an On/Off switch. But for $69, it's a pretty good deal compared to other cordless impacts.

Torque spec's are worthless
I don't know of any company that uses a standardized formula to test or report it.
I bought a DeWalt gun that was rated at 140 Lb/Ft of torque, and by my real life testing it barely achieves around 65 Lb/Ft. I've talked to their dealer's, and rep's and tech support, and have yet to get a straight answer.
I also tried a pneumatic gun(Campbell Hausfeld) rated at 250 Lb/Ft at 90 psi with 5 Cfm, and it only gave me around 80-90 Lb/Ft. It couldn't break loose the wheel bolts on the stock Coupe. I returned it, and bought another, and it was exactly the same.
About the only good advise is to know someone who's tried a particular gun, and to report back on it.
I have the corded Harbor Freight gun(240 Lb/Ft), and it works great. I don't know about the cordless model though.

I'm pretty positive it'll break.
I haven't had a single tool or accessory from Harbor freight that had ANY moving parts (particularly electrical) which lasted more than a few weeks or even a few minutes in some cases.
Infrequently used tools or stuff like cleaning brushes...stuff that isn't important is fine but anything that you need to work reliably, forget it IMHO.

Amazingly
I've had pretty good luck with them. Like you suggest I shy away from anything of a critical nature, but so far so good.
I have the corded impact, and it's worked great for over a year now.
I also have the electrc drain snake, and it's a champ.
This past summer I bought the branch chipper, and it's chewed through a ton of debris.
I recently bought the big sandblast cabinet, and I love it. I've beaded everything I can get my hand's on.
Unfortunately we have an outlet here in town, and I can never get out of there without spendig at least $100.
I won't touch their wrenches/screwdriver's though, they scare me. When holding them you can almost feel like you can bend them with your bare hand's.
Not all is good though, the last time I was there a guy brought back a grinder and said it was the second one the blew up as soon as he plugged it in.
