Well, we corded both our fronts - changed out the first one noon Mon, 2nd one was just starting to cord by the end of the day.

Went through 2 sets of partially worn front pads. I was trying to use up some of the partially used up pads I had & was successful! Although, if I had known we would get ~645 track miles in two days, I would have just started w/ new pads!!!

We've never had a problem w/ boiling fluid, soft brakes, etc. Just go through pads and rotors like mad!

yes, you're right, that's "track life"!

but i dont see much reason(for me) to use it on the track because its not high in transitions like autox. track is easy compared to autox

2 tires with only enough left to maybe make it through an autox

2 sets of front pads (not new to start with)

1 set of front rotors

I guess I should be saying, "that's track life - with 2 drivers!!"
