Thanks Aaron. Great videos. Have you ever driven on the Horse Thief Mile course?
I've seen that on TV where they've used it for road tests. It looks like an interesting section.

Thanks. it looks like a lot of fun. almost like an extended autox course.
There's not a lot of room for passing, so you go for best time.
How do you like the Nittos? I was thinking of getting a set of them for track tires.

HTM does not feel like an autoX course because there are lots of really nice elevation changes.
I really like the NT-01's. Still got a decent amount of grip out of them even with 150 degree track surface temps a few weeks ago. They only lasted three days before cording, but these were three really long and hot days on the track plus I tend to over-drive the car. I figure I will get at least five days out of my next set.

Falken RT-615's which were good, but no match for an r-comp tire.
Getting a dedicated set of light weight track wheels and tires was one of the better track upgrades I have done. That and swapping out Hawk Blue pads on the fronts for every day on the track.
