I've read the Skippy book "Going Faster" several times, but that's about it.

Default Unfair advantage is great. So is Sunday Driver by Brock Yates, written during my very brief

tenure at Bondarant at Ontario Motor Speedway before they moved.

Default "Fast Guys, Rich Guys and Idiots" by Sam Moses...

A true-to-life look at "pro" road racing...but it's probably out of print.

Default Not sure if you mean a novel or instructional book, but anyway, try "Merchants of Speed"

by the editors of SpeedTV, Mika Hakkinen or Ayrton Senna auto biographies, "Jim Clark at the Wheel, and so on. I even have a copy of the "Orange Carrot" by John Morton, but that one is a bit dry. Contact Aerobooks-Autobooks listed below. they have an unbelievable inventory. Closed Mondays.

http://www.autobooks-aerobooks.com/</a

Note quite what you want, but The Art of Racing in the Rain is a great novel.

"The Art of Racing in the Rain" by Garth Stein, got a nice review in Autoweek. F1 based.
