Which Speedtv F1 announcer should be sacked?

the guy that's been driving me nuts lately is Peter Windsor...
not saying he should get sacked, but he's WAY too biased towards Lewis Hamilton, although the same can be said about the other three to some degree. I met Peter at Monza in 2006, and he was a nice guy, but he has got to STOP hanging onto Hamilton's jock.
I like the three guys in the booth for the most part. Met Steve Matchett this year in Vegas during CES and he was super cool.

My vote - none. I think they're really good. I've heard regarded as one of the best in the world
We could have the UK team on ITV. England, the home of most F1 teams, must have the best broadcast team in the world, right?
James Allen was good when he was the Speed TV on-site person. His other half is Mark Blundell. I've not heard him myself so I can't judge, but in the UK he generates a lot of... uh... attention, especially on Planet F1. Here's a URL for their "Guess-the-Blundellism" quiz:

In the US, we've got (IMHO)...
- Bob Varsha - excellent anchor who is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about motorsport and F1
- David Hobbs - experienced driver who also makes me laugh
- Steve Matchett - ex-F1 mechanic who gets great G2 from his contacts in the sport. Full of very detailed tech knowledge. I met him recently at CES and we talked for about five minutes about the sport, very nice guy too.
- Peter Windsor - ex F1-team manager. Also with great contacts within the sport. And he's the guy who does the post-race press conference that goes out over the world feed to hundreds of millions.
