Default caught an earlier race at PIR in July....sooo quiet, almost strange to watch (/hear?)
like sitting on the side of a freeway.

Default Looked at those guys qualifying times for the Road Atlanta race-- Low 1:40s !!!!
I was impressed. Wonder what HP TQ they get from those little TDIs?

Default My friend John who raced in the TDI Cup said they all got yelled at after VIR
(This was like 6 months ago btw) but he said the VW Motorsport Directory was so incredibly pissed that nearly half the cars had taken major damage. From what I hear, the rest of the season was much of the same so expect the field to shrink...

Default If I remember correctly, the series would only take drivers with little no real car racing
under their belts. A real rookie series if there ever was one.

I don't know what they were expecting to happen...
