The PCA Quebec chapter run it, as does the local BMW club. I know that with the BMW guys you don't need to own a BMW, not sure about the Porsche guys... The Solo 1 club of which I am president is too poor to rent that track. There is also a consortium of racers planning a testing day which will cost 8000$ CAD divided by the number of people who show, and only 6 cars at a time will be allowed on the track.
