Default $437 for one rear wheel bearing?!?!?!?! Is that excessive?

Automotive Engineering here in Lexington...am I paying too much? Of course a wheel bearing isn't covered under my aftermarket warranty!

Default For that price you should be able to get both of them done. Give

Carson at Riverside Audi a call for prices on the wheel bearing as I bet it is less than what the shop will charge you for the part.

Default The shop won't work with parts that I give them...

"we're in the business to make money" is what they said, which i totally understand, just wish there was a better shop closer to work...i'll have to look elsewhere next time.

Thanks,
