Am I off base here with Clair Audi?

Email us the new source and then..
print this out, and make copies for everyone at Clair with a vested interest. Then, let them wince at how much business they will lose due to their stealership tactics.
I really hope your SA was not Jeff, could be Phil or Costello I presume

Re: Email us the new source and then..
It was Mike Costello.
Beyond the obvious problem and misunderstanding, I enjoyed the dealership service. Sure it's something like $110 per hour but I drove the A6 indoors to drop it off, the facility is gorgeous, they game me a ride home in an A4 Avant support vehicle, and then offered to pick me up when it was done.
There are certainly worse service experiences and I don't feel as though I was purposely lied to or otherwise tricked. If this thing with the price hadn't happened I would've been writing in that this was the best Clair Audi service experience I've ever had.

$100?! When did that happen? I wonder what Brian's Garage charges?
I have to go back to Shine because the pad warning light is still on after they did my full rotors and pads.

Happened towards the end of the summer
Right about when Jim started, actually.
Before you bring your car back to Shine, remember to be very clear and specific with Jim otherwise you risk getting charged for fixing the light.

It was $80/hr in June when I was there and at $100/hr in November the last time I was there.
I might start going back to Clair for oil changes since they are open on Saturday's for service and Shine is not.
