Don came over Wednesday morning to swap out the glass on my car after suffering a blow from a rock and a subsequent crack in my windshield. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and pride he seems to take in his work. He took care of all the insurance paperwork, so all I really had to do was call and get approval to use another istaller, and then we made the call together to get the claim process started.



He replaced it with a Sekurit(?) manufactured glass which while it lacks the Audi stamp is the OE manufacturer. He had all sorts of great info and stories to share, and I wish I could have been around for the whole install but I had to go to work. It is amazing how clear a new windshield is...I feel like I've been driving without one the past couple days.

Yup, he's the best guy around for auto glass. All the chain glass places are hacks in comparison.
