Anybody know anyone local selling an E30? Must be mechanically sound, aesthetics are not important

my brother is selling his
91 325iX, custom ordered Lazerblau over tan sport seats, 5-spd coupe.
has 16" ASA AR1 w/Mich pilot sports, and factory 15" basketweaves w/Toyo snows. literally $12k+ has been poured into this car over the past 5yrs. rebuilt head, head gasket, t-belt, resealed transfer case, aft mkt suspension, rebuilt A/C, etc etc etc. it has 205,000mi but is mechanically perfect.
had a full repaint last summer, in the original color. there was minor rust on the front fender doglegs, grille trim strip, and inner trunklid, which was all professionally repaired. the shop that did the repaint specializes in restoring vintage MGs and Jags, so the work is good quality.
