Default Anyone have experience with Clair Collision?

Thinking of taking my car there for their free estimate for some minor paint repairs.

Any experience there before from members here? Thanks!

Default Just make sure to remove all personal items...

1) Remove all personal items, including the cassette for the cd-changer if you have this;
2) Check all work while the car is being picked up. And I mean check it closely. The rocker panel on a friends car, that got replaced, was not even attached properly (just an example).

I like the dealership, but the collision dept. gives me the shivers.

Default Why don't you call B&R Auto in Arlington?

I talked to them about painting my lowers and got a good feeling from them. I know TSLE has had some experience with them and he recommended them to me.

Default I had them do some work on our first Boxster

So-so work. This was their old paint shop location. Had a paint drip. They were also very uninformative with the timetable and parts availability. Some people have had good results though. I think we hashed this out on the BAG forum last year too.

Default Wagner's Body Shop World in Worcester

I just got my S4 back after being rear ended Feb 12th ($6400 damage) and they did an excellent job. I also had them add the autogurad (a type of clearbra/roadshild, etc) and that came out well.

What I liked best is that you can check their website and see photos of your car and what they did to it each day.
