Anyone have experience with Clair Collision?

8-9 years ago...with Jeep...minor job.
Clair Jeep service sent my car over there when I noted the liftgate was pinching the weather stripping. "We'll adjust the height at the hinges and send it to collission center to repaint the hinges and replace the weather stripping.".
Well long story short, they did a crappy job with this simple task. I would concede that the hinge bolts are hidden from view when closed, and it wasn't a major project that demanded their best guy. But I could have done the job just as well with a can of paint from K-Mart.
I also didn't like the gobs of black glue they dribbled on the liftgate trim.
But that was a long time ago...
