anyone know what section of law I can look at that pertains to passing of cars. and speed surveys on
public ways.
I have not been able to find anything on either of these. Its not section 90/17
any otehr advice on beating a big ticket would be appreciated. Thanks

The general speed law definition in 90/17 doesn't specifically allow for passing...
...but the definition of speeding implies that going above the limit to pass is ok.
Of course, IANAL and laws are generally ignored in traffic "court."
