it's the only showing in boston tonight.

I live about 45 feet from that theater... you should be good tonight
the only showtime is at midnight. Be sure to bring your parking pass in with you and get it validated. or park in my building and go down to P3. my car is spotless.
best bet is to show up a little early. It is a wednesday night though. i'm sure it won't be too crowded.

Sweet! I was considering that building a while ago, looks very nice from the outside.
Never did make an appointment to see the insides as I found a place before it came to that.

If you want to just rent in Boston its great.
For now i'm not sure where i'll be in a few years so it's perfect. The people that work here are really great. most of the residents are very nice, and for the most part are 20-35 yrs.
Location is amazing. easy to hop on storrow, walk to a bunch of great places to eat or drink, trains are nearby and taxis are easy to get. Not to mention the garage has some nice eye candy, if you like cars and know where to look.

its super expensive isnt it?! i have a friend who lives there ... its modern and nice
but just so expensive! the common library/dining/party rooms are really cool, and the location is amazing. just dont know if id drop that much coin on rent, for that much id rather buy a place ... if i found out i was moving somewhere else id sell it or just rent it out
