Default Sounds like b*llsh*t, the dealer is playing hardball, if they get worse

ask them to see the specific section in the Audi Warranty Policy and Procedure manual that specifically states that something like this is not covered under warranty. Then state that you were not informed of this by Audi of America, the dealer, the salesman who sold you the car or anyone else at the dealership for that matter.

And finally never take any **** from a service writer or any Audi dealership for that matter. They like to act like Mike Tyson to see which customers will back down, so your gonna have to be Buster Douglas and knock it right back at them. Remember this is America, innocent until proven guilty, a service writer should never accuse you of sabotaging your own car b4 a qualified Audi service technician has investigated the vehicle and confirmed the service writers theory. He shouldn't have even mentioned it to you, and by doing so you can tell that he is already looking for a backdoor to screw you.

Sorry to vent, thats my $.02, I used to work for a dealership and the things I saw them do, well I will just say never again.

If your in the 128 belt I'll take a ride over with you and back you up.

as far as I know, Audi of Nashua is one of the best dealers in the southern NH, greater boston area. I'm sure they covered everything to fix your water leak problem, and I'm sure they were just covering their own *** from Audi. From what I understand, Audi is clamping down on their warranty costs, and the dealers are feeling the pressure from that. It seems to me that for someone who doesn't seem to like the service at Nashua, you certainly do go there quite a bit.
