German licenses are big money, many people just take public transit....
Magistrates can let you walk, but they only do it if its a light crowd there, or the ticket has a major mistake on it

X2. I couldn't agree more but its the worst drivers that would be up in arms about their rights being violated. Then they's hop onto the highway and do 55mph in the left lane ablivious that everyone has to go around them.
