Can anyone recommend a shop to get a MA inspection sticker..
My windows are arguably too dark (33%) and I'm looking for a shop close to Boston to get a sticker.. I put on 40% (to stay legal) and the car apparently came with 7-8% factory tint - put me over the limit. Otherwise car is legal (once i put my front tag on)

should be allowed +/- 2% due to accuracy/calibration of the meters (as i was told by tintking)
so you should be okay. But if not, go to any indy garage and tip the guy 5-10$ before he starts to inspect your car and you should be okay.

My sunroof only tilts, and it's about 15 degrees outside. I've tried that before
While most of these guys only pump gas, they do know what to look for... Especially when you pull up in a low dark loud car and you're under 30.

Does MA allow medical waivers? There is a list of conditions for which you can get a waiver in NH.
Do you have a history of skin cancer, light sensitivity, cataracts(not necessarily just old people get them)? I had to deal with this last year in NH, didn't want to pull the tint.

They have in the past. Dark interior makes them appear very dark.
Many inspection stations have been caught giving away stickers to cars that should have failed and seem to be very strict now, even with minor issues like mine.
