Dipped headlights for B7

Anyone have issue with dipped headlights on their B7? I tried to fix it at Audi Westwood they were gonna charge me $300 for it and told me they aren't cover by warrenty. I know that's not true so I was wondering if anyone can tell me where to fix them.

Then you either need to Vag it to see if there are any issues or reset the auto

leveling with VAG as maybe your motor is shot.
