Default Eastern Mass Dealers?

We are in the market for a new wagon and are looking at the A4. If you have experience with Eastern Mass Audi dealers, I would appreciate your opinions. Who is good on the sales side? Who is good for service?

Thanks

Try Ira, especially during the aftermarket weekend. Very nice prices can be had.

Default Stay away from Bernardi in Natick!

But that's probably further west than you wanted to go anyway.

Default Go with Ira !!....... I bought....

mine at IRA. Professional and friendly people. They were tops in sales (help, patience, overall deal, etc.) There service is good and done when promised (only been in once for service).
When you're ready to test drive AND buy call George Maria at IRA (Sales Mgr) early in the day. Tell him I sent you (see below) and tell him you want to make a deal that day. He'll probably want you to come in first and may refer you to someone else, but if you want a car that you've seen on his lot, and you make that clear to him, he'll probably start the deal with the best $$ your going to get from them - or very close to the best $$. If you don't/can't get George ask for Lester (great salesman) and tell him the same thing.
Best of luck!!
Tell 'em Theo (2000 Imola S4) sent you!

Default **** poor service, lousy buying experience, misdiagnosed problems, broken parts....

Should I keep going?

Bernardi does everything bad that a dealer can do. This has been my experience and I know of many others on this forum and IRL who have had equally bad experiences with them.
