Father got a ticket in York, ME, but....

On the ticket, they spelled the last name wrong. So is this ticket thrown out?

I bet they got his license number right!

doubt it would get thrown out on technicalities.

It would depend on your local laws, but highly doubtful that it will get thrown out on a

technicality. Unless the name is completely different (like they spell Jones rather than Smith) and the identity of the driver comes into question.
