Good Tint shop in the Hartford area???...any suggestions on what % to tint?

Try Tint Master or Master Auto Tint in Manchester. Can't remember which name it is, but the guy there will do a pretty good job. It's down the road from the Manchester Courthouse. I'm pretty sure that 35% is legal. And the smoke tint at 35% seems darker to me for some reason.
