Thank you everybody for the help and suggestions.....
I will at least be contacting a lawyer, whether anything comes out of it or not, i'm not sure...i don't have much money to pay for legal fees, so i may just forget about bringing anybody to court...I have the appraiser coming to my work today to check out the damage, however it looks like I may cancel that and call Sal at Dick's ASAP...again, thanks for the suggestions guys, i'll let you know how it goes.

UPDATE: Got estimate at Dicks Auto Body....
Sal is a great guy and was very friendly...helped me out with any questions I had and has obviously dealt with stuff like this before....he said he was just talking to you Noah and said to say hi (car looks great by the way).
Again thanks for everybody's help...looks like it will be months before my car is back to me in good shape but at least the ball is rolling...now onto the company who's truck this @sshole was driving...should be fun
