all of the ticketing systems in MA seem to work best with snail mail
I've beat a LOT of boston parking tickets by appealing through the mail (with pictures), and beat the fastlane tickets through the mail. it takes longer, but does seem to work.

Yep - mine were over the same time frame
Given that it took 2 weeks to get the first day of tickets in the mail, one could conceivably rack up quite a number of tickets before having any idea that something was awry.

Totally picked up in shipping... friend shipped his car (1.8t, incidentally) from MA to WA and ...
forgot to take the Fast Lane out.
Got dinged for the Mass pike, the GW bridge and the whole PA turnpike.
