My guess would have been Lakes Region Audi. I was passing by and had a blown bulb. I stopped by (because it was there) to get my replacement bulb. I waited 5 minutes at the parts counter without being acknowledged. There were a couple of service/parts employees in view who looked at me but made no attempt to acknowledge. Noone in the show room, 1 person in service waiting room. Unbelieveable!
