Plead not guilty and make her go to court to see how the process works, tell her to stay OFF the phone when driving and pay attention to all the other idiots out there driving distracted.
She will probably get off with a reduced fine and no points along with an education.
Just my opinion but if you really care for her and want to keep her safe sometimes tough love is the best thing.

in the lawerence section where they havent changed it to 55 yet. I told her to drive back into the area where she was pulled over and check what the speed limit signs say, or if they were obstructed or on both sides of the highway. Thanks for the help!

Police have notes on their tickets, sometimes they write (actually going 85) incase you appeal
