Hmm.. are orange corner reflectors required in MA? Isn't listed on state inspection list.

Default Hmm.. are orange corner reflectors required in MA? Isn't listed on state inspection list.
I know orange turn signal is required, but I wonder about the reflectors.

Default Federal standard FMVSS 108...
...requires side facing reflectors, amber in front and red in rear. That is why your amber reflector is built into your bumper, and in Europe, it is not there.

Yup, most inspections don't even look for them though.

Yea.. Im just wondering if its going to be a huge PITA if I clear them out and dont pass inspection

i removed the side reflectors out of my TT and never have issues in Maine, NH, or NY...

Default i thought all the A6 C5 guys/ RS6 guys did the mod
the removal of the amber inside the headlight, on 1998-2004 A6s

Default <knocks on wood> so far no issues...
..but I usually arive at the inspection station with my lights on, so the side is "glowing" amber even if the reflector is not there anymore.
