I still have not heard back from the RMV regarding my hearing date after mailing my information at the beginning of Feb.

Default You should probably hear from the court your appeal has been assigned to...

I had a ticket from November that I appealed (and won). Got notice from the district court in January about a February hearing.

Default Yeah, the RMV just gave me their direct number. The RMV said it can take 3-6 months to get a date.

I will call the court my appeal has been assigned to and see what they say.

Thanks!

Default I got a citation back in mid Sept, mailed out the appeal end of Sept, still have not

received my hearing date yet!

I've contacted the RMV a few times regarding this because I don't want to miss my hearing date but they tell me it's been processed and I just have to wait for the letter from the district court.

Default I got a speeding ticket in the middle of May '07.....

Immediately mailed it in for an appeal, didn't hear from them until August (I was very nervous), received a date in September, and beat the ticket.

I know how you feel, I was paranoid that there was a warrant or something, feeling like I missed the date with the magistrate.

Default Depends on the court; busy courts will take much longer

For instance: Cambridge court takes about 6-8 months. Nedwton or Brighton half that.
