Im FINALLY bringing it into Status to get fixed tomorow... cam chain tens. gaskets and valve cover gaskets.... should be just under 500 bucks to do it all.... ive been putting it off because its a 1/2 a grand, but its time when the car smokes and all you can smell is burnt oil through the heaters!!!!! the cool thing is... if your valve cover gasket is leaking, it could be letting oil seep down into the combustion area of the plugs causing them to not fire correctly. This would give you sputtering and hesitation because you're essentially not getting any power from that cylinder... Ive been having the spuddering problem for about the same time now, my friend Mike had the same thing, got these seals fixed, and it went right away........ Hopefully I'll be hitting 2 birds with 1 stone.....

well considering you have to take the valve covers off to do the chain tensioner seals......

I would of done it for 300 bucks.
