They completely scratched up one of my rims, then denied ever doing anything. I'm sorry, but they suck.

But try Wagner Audi in Boylston on Rte. 70.
I recently had a bubble on one of my Dunlops that came stock with my S4. Not a cheap tire. I was at Wagner for a scheduled service and priced the tire.
I then went to the other shops and the ones that could get it were all more expensive than the dealer. First time that has ever happened to me.
Also, NTSB did new tires for my Grand Cherokee last year and they did a great job. They even suggested alternatives to the one I wanted, and saved me a few bucks. No upselling BS. Good service.
