Default Then you are lucky to have them near you, my exp with NTB has been all Bad

If you call trying to make a living by providing superior services being a thief, then I quess your appraisal of Direct Tire fits.
I think they rock.

Default Wait, the NTB near Staples and Bob's Stores on RT 9?

They completely scratched up one of my rims, then denied ever doing anything. I'm sorry, but they suck.

I see your points. They get a "good" worker to do mine when I'm there because they know I demand it.

C &amp; R tire in worcester has been the best for me, Town Fair sucks.

The Town Fair Tire in that area is pretty bad, too

Default You won't believe this, but....

But try Wagner Audi in Boylston on Rte. 70.

I recently had a bubble on one of my Dunlops that came stock with my S4. Not a cheap tire. I was at Wagner for a scheduled service and priced the tire.

I then went to the other shops and the ones that could get it were all more expensive than the dealer. First time that has ever happened to me.

Also, NTSB did new tires for my Grand Cherokee last year and they did a great job. They even suggested alternatives to the one I wanted, and saved me a few bucks. No upselling BS. Good service.
