Mass Pike Ticket Question: Mailed in requesting hearing, never heard back...
Anybody else have this experience? Cited on July 8th. Debated a while whether to pay or fight. Mailed citation really close to due date, never heard back.

You shouldn't have heard back yet....
it just happened in July and the state of MA has a HUGE backlog right now (I'm assuming you got the ticket from a State Trooper).
The state of MA wouldn't have a second address on file for you by chance would they? Reason I ask is, they mailed my notice of hearing to an old address of mine. When I was pulled over and issued the citation, my driver's license had my current address on it. But, they had an old address on file from when I was arrested in MA years ago. So that's where they mailed my notice of hearing to.
Of course I never recieved the notice, I had to write a letter stating my change of address and I'm still waiting for a new court date....
