I've experienced both ends of the spectrum...
One service advisor was fantastic and I made it a point to deal with him whenever possible. Everyone else seemed to have their heads stuck too far up their asses to bother with petty things like quality customer service. Again, like other I haven't stopped by for a few years FWIW.

I've also had good luck there with the A3.
The only time they weren't able to get me a loaner, the car was done the same day anyway.
Might help that I bought the car there.
