reputable person to do my windshield since in a matter of days a tiny crack became 2ft long. Didnt want the usual 1/2hr rush jobs I've seen so many co-workers get. Don took his time to explain the process as well as show things to look out for. Don if ur reading this hoep u made it to BMW of Peabody ok.

And has done my Audi, Benz, Saab, and myriad work cars with zero issues. Quality glass (PPG on the honda, can't remember others) and methodical work pace makes for a great end result.
He takes the entire wiper shroud off, removes the wipers, does more prep than the other guys do on 10 jobs, and then finally places the glass before carefully reassembling everything back together.
I had to take JN Phillips to court to get them to pay for the damage they did to the Saab convertible -- the whole front end had to be resprayed, interior pieces replaced from scratching, and of course I get to donate my time in the effort to get all this taken care of.
I watched Don do my Audi and it was an absolutely pleasant experience. I have no reason to call anyone else.

was cracked in the same spot the next day. it took them like 15 min. They came back and took and hour to do the next one and it lasted about a year and cracked again in the same spot. I need to get a new one now.
