Ran over a 15 mm hex bolt...picture to come... =(
on the plus side the techs like my car
on the bad side they are making the assessment if the tire is patchable..apparently its a huge hole...like you can fit a finger through it..

So yeah 15 MM socket fit perfectly around it...
drove right through the tire and into the wheel, no bends, just an imprint...
literally the length of an index finger
phew...
at least i got a free tire rotation out of it!! woot!

in the future im going to buy my tires from direct tire with a lifetime warranty
my friend bought his toyo t1r tires there for 100 more than i did ... but he has lifetime warranty on the tires. he has replaced 3 of them so far through them without spending an additional penny. well worth it i think.
of course the idea did cross my mind to have him replace the t1r that i busted, but apparently there are serial numbers on tires ... didnt know that
