Cars.com could only find 1 RS6 under 45k within 100mi of Boston, and that one had 75k on it
Based purely on the ads on that site, it seems like both cars are priced about the same at around $45k.
I'd pick the RS6 for myself since it's such an animal, especially once you chip it. That said, the maintenance on them is a killer, so you may want to factor that into the price. IIRC, the guys on the RS6 forum recommend a timing belt every 35k or so, plus it has the problematic DRC system to worry about.
