Cracked the windshield on my TT and had Glass Doctor / Harmon Autoglass replaced ...

What a sloppy job, the cut the fabric on my passenger side A pillar , broke the internal rear view locking mechanism and put a dent on my fender at knee height ( probably to suport himself while he cut into the adhesive ) . Worst thing is that they came to my work and bounced right after they finished without letting me inspect the work , I went to the shop and complained , got the mirrot replaced but they are saying that the dent on the fender and the cut on the A pillar were there before .

I got my insurance company involved and I went to the apraiser to get pictures of the dent , its not a big dent and I think it can be removed by the Dent Wizard without paiting the fender but I'm still pissed , the car didn't have a single scratch or ding....

End of Rant.

Village Glass Smith; Why risk using anyone else? I drove an hour down from NH to have him do the windshield in my UrS4 because I was paranoid about exactly what your describing.

I hope you get everything with your car squared away to your satisfaction. It's a very frustrating position to be in.
