What about X in MA....
Turned it off in the x50 because of all the falses, but heard a rumor that state troopers sometime use it.
Had pop on for a while, and some occ falses, never been hit with it...
Have the LPP laser jammer, and it works phenom...hit numerous times at speeds over 85, once over 100...no tickets....
In my experience here is what I see by state in NE
Maine= Ka, K and a lot of laser on 95
NH=??
VT=K and a lot of laser on 91
CT=K and lots of laser
RI=mostly Ka, never been hit with laser in this state....
MA= so far K..
I really do not think pop upgrade is worth it. Check out www.radardetectors.net and you'll get a lot more info there...
Instant on... and you are toast everytime...

Sometimes with instant on my V1 will go off then stop. Then I slow down and see a cop a few seconds
later. Like it caught him checking a car traveling a little bit in front of me.
I leave X on and just slow down. I'd rather slow down for lots of false alarms than not slow down for 1 actual cop.

CT = Ka and Laser for State Police, NY = Ka & Laser for State Police, some Sheriffs use K.
I turned X-Band off on my V1. Never seen it in use in New England States....ever.
I have had POP on my V1 for a couple of years and have never had an alert on it yet in the states I mainly drive in (CT, NY, NJ).
