Thanks....I was behind him the entire time for all but about 10 seconds.
even then he was not directly behind me but trying to manuever into position to pull me over.

He was saying he clocked me from rt 28 to salem st...distance of about 2+ miles.
The think was I wasn't behind him almost the whole time and usually with cars between the 2 of us.
So, basically, I was directly behind him for a very short period of time doing the 70mph flow of traffic, then moved over some lanes and accelerated briefly. Yes, I did signal. I always do.
That surchange will be $1000 to $2000 over what time period? Not a single year, I hope....eek.
