Default this is me being lazy.

actually, I took most of them with a disposable camera. I honestly expect for them to accuse me doctoring digital pictures, they certainly are big enough bastards to warrant t hat type of action from them.

Default My feeling on all moving violations...

Most judges look at it this way: here is some other a-hole trying to weasle out of his ticket. I've heard 30 guys like this today with lame excuses and this ones no different.

I've been in many times for speeding tickets (nothing way over the limit). And i've heard some idiotic stories and excuses from other people in there. When you tell the judge your story you'll be lucky if he even looks up at you before saying we find you responsible. I think the best way to win a court date is on a technicality. Request the information about the radar equipment and the road survey information and hope you don't get it. Most police depts. aren't going to go through the trouble to dig them up. I've won this way a few times because without that info you can't prepare your case.

It's a game and the game is not to find the truth.
