Default Teddy B. was right Don Cotten at Village Glass Smith is awesome

I watched him replace the windshield on my S4 this morning. What an excellent and thorough job. Explained all the little details and how most companies cut corners. Really knows Audis.

New owner of my car is gonna love it.

Default damn, this post is a couple weeks late for me

had Giant do mine and it was cracked in the very same spot the very next day. New one is good so far, but they seemed to take much more time on the new one.

Default Does he deal with insurance companies or is he independent from them??

Definetly gonna be looking to get my windshield replaced this spring after some good gashes accumulated from the horrible paving jobs on the highways sending several rocks at me.....

Default yes - he works with Ins. companies. Here's the thing though.

When you call Don to get it done make sure you mention that the crack/chips just happened. If you wait a yr. or so and then attempt to get the glass replaced via your comp. on your policy they (ins. company) might be a difficult about it.
