Default Wrong!!!!

They can deny whatever they want if it seems even remotely connected to your mods. If you want to go through the hassle of fighting it, you will have to get a lawyer, spend more $$$, and it can be a lengthy process and a huge hassle. Probably not worth the extra 10hp.

Default Dealers make good money on doing warranty work

They care more about keeping your business so I don't think most would even make a big deal that car was chipped. If I thought I had a big problem I could just get it flashed back to stock. I even had a an Audi sale's manager recommend changing exhaust, which I did to Tubi, and chipping. He's into modding

Default They make more money from the same repairs not done under warranty

...and AoA monitors their warranty claims.

Since the gains from chipping an RS4 are minimal at most, you should be safe with a chip. Just don't be shocked if a dealer denies claims because of it.
