Waltham garage
Hi-
Anyone have any recommendations for a garage in Waltham, MA? I have the parts already, but disassembling the door seems a little daunting to me.
Thanks,
Dan

But I would also recommend Damon Sesto at German Auto Sport...that will take you to Amesbury though. Well worth the trip, but farther than Waltham.

Re: What are you doing to your door? Maybe I can help you, and I am in Lexington
Hi-
I am replacing the latch on the passenger side front door. I got a new one from Shokan. Right now, the car always thinks that that door is open (beeps for a minute, lights on tone for 20 sec, that sort of thing) and I think I have isolated it to a bad microswitch in that door.
Thanks,
Dan

B5 ? It's not that hard..wear gloves, it's sharp in there..link inside >>
Just use the info to get the panel off.
I leave most of the wires connected and hanging.
There is a white plastic piece covering the lock mechanism which can be a pita to put back in.
It won't hurt to leave it out if it becomes a knuckle buster.
Good luck<ul><li><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/tech/int49.shtml">Door panel removal</a></li></ul>
