Default WDS/Team Oneil Question

Hi,

I'm looking at doing a WDS w/Team Oneil next month. I am running 225/45/17 snow tires on stock b6 a4 17 inch rims. My car is also lowered. Do you think I'll have difficulty completing the course? I've heard from other clubs that a sidewall of <50 is unsafe. Has any audi owners run 45 series tires at the course before?

Thx in advance,
Peter

Default I would say it depends on how lowered you are......

The course itself relatively smooth......but there can be dips in the course that you may bottom out on and the skid pad (when I went last year) had a good 4" - 6" of slush built up on it that we plowed around in.

You might want to take off your belly pan as it could get torn off when reversing if you are too low.

Either way.....have fun! It's a great class!

Default Thats a stock tire size...and plenty of Audis run stock sizes at the ACNA events held there.

The only thing I'd be worried about, as mentioned below, is the belly pan.
