2005 a4 2.0t engine swap
Hello all. I am new to the forum. I'm doing a engine swap on my 2005 a4 2.0t and was wandering if there are suggestions out there as to what all I should replace on the used engine I'm re-installing. I know the timing belt and water pump are a must but what is the best kit for this. I also want to replace the engine mounts. Are there differences in these as well?
Timing belt broke and trashed the current engine as my son drove it until it died. Replacement engine has approx. 70,000 miles.
Any recommendations would be appreciated as I don't really want to have to pull this thing again. GOOD TIMES!!
